Established motor factors DA Autoparts have
came along way since they first set up business in Dumfries and Galloway
30 years ago.
The small Dumfries store which salvaged damaged vehicles and sold used
parts has evolved to offer a complete vehicle service to motorists in the
region.
The company began operating 30 years ago with a staff of just one person,
and concentrated its work on both salvaging damaged repairable vehicles
and the sale of second hand parts. They developed and expanded a new
parts service and branched out into accessories and specialist sports
parts. Slowly their staffing levels grew and currently employ 60
people across the region, from sales people to dismantling technicians
From its bases in Dumfries and Stranraer,
DA Autoparts offer a wide range of new parts, second hand parts and sports
performance parts.
On top of the dismantling and salvage operation, the company now has
facilities on both sides of the region to provide the best of life
processing for vehicles in the area.
In short, the company pride themselves in being the ultimate one stop car
shop for Dumfries and Galloway.
